The gym floor is equipped with the latest resistance training machines as well as Alpha branded dumbbells. There’s plenty of benches available, so you don’t have to wait around to complete your training session. The plate-loaded barbells and squat racks are perfect for pushing yourself to the next level. No leg-day is complete without leg press and Alpha Athletic has you covered with the plate-loaded leg press here. Alongside traditional cardio training options, you’ll also find ski-ergs here which help burn calories as well as providing a full-body workout. The different weighted kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags and exercise balls are great for any functional training exercises, guaranteeing a well-rounded gym session.
