The surface of the mat might feel slightly rougher under your palms, but you will soon get to love the feel of nature in the parlms of your hands! Being a natural product, this mat may have a light rubber smell which can be easily aired out. Jute is a natural fiber material that is tough enough to keep you rooted to the ground, yet soft enough to support joints and pressure points.
