Shaping Youth was a career counseling program designed to assist newly employed individuals with career planning, decision-making process, and assist with the cross-section of career and personal development. In essence, Shaping Youth was a comprehensive program that aimed to assist youth in adapting to the work environment, making informed career choices, and develop the capabilities of the youth. This project has been completed.
