Reindeer shaffing (skav) is a true nordic classic. This gourmet shaffing has extra fine pieces and we dare to claim that this is among the finest shaffings you can get hold of. The gourmet shaffing is much finer than the shaffing you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. Our shaffing is made in the real way, i.e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices.
