5'2, 115lbs, how many cc do I need to be there for C cup? (Photo)

I had a double mastectomy in april. I have tissue expanders in. Im 5'2 115 pounds . I have 200 cc in now. I want to be a c cup. I think a small c cup.

I'm 5' 2 and 1/2 tall and 125lbs and I wear a size 32c at Victoria's Secret so I am told I am more of a B cup? (Photos)
